Cancellation policy
For when life gets in the way.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Clients who cancel within 24 hours will be charged the full amount and may also be required to give up their scheduled monthly appointments.
This policy is the same for new and existing clients; if your card is not on our file at the time of cancelation, we will require payment before your next appointment.
Late policy
Make the most of your time with us.
Each client has a guaranteed appointment slot. If you are late for whatever reason, your appointment will start immediately but still finish at the original time (to prevent a knock-on effect on subsequent clients). You will also be charged for the entire appointment duration.
