FAQs

  • At Lifestyle Health & Wellness, we understand that everyone is different – from their personal history and influencing factors to their current circumstances and budgets.

That is why we operate holistically, helping identify and treat the root cause of your symptoms, conditions, and health concerns.

  • CANCELATION POLICY: If you are no longer available for your upcoming appointment, please let us know with at least 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise, you will be charged for the entire session and may also lose your scheduled monthly slot.

LATE POLICY: If you arrive late to the session, we will begin right away but still finish at the original allocated time (to ensure subsequent clients are unimpacted). You will also be charged for the whole appointment.

  • Lifestyle Health & Wellness has made the membership cancelation/amendment process as simple as possible.

All you need to do is get in touch, and a member of our friendly team will respond with further instructions and information about payment procedures.

  • We are confident that dedicated clients who take the time to apply our learnings and tools will see results – though there is no guarantee. Whether a client sees results or not depends on numerous factors, with each piece of advice taken and followed being entirely down to them.

Please get in touch to learn more and discuss your options!

  • The setting of our courses and programs varies depending on the topic.

You will be offered group classes or individual appointments based on the program you choose. We like to offer group support since we know that group motivation can be beneficial to change.

Some of the memberships also come with 1:1 options (depending on individual budgets and preferences), or both.

  • The first appointment takes around 15 minutes. This appointment involves answering any questions the client may have, completing histories if they haven’t already, and drawing blood to prepare for the follow-up appointment.

The follow-up appointment takes place 2-7 days later. This session focuses on discussing the client’s history, looking over lab results, and creating a plan.

It is also where the client pays for the remainder of their Lifestyle Health & Wellness membership.

  • We ask that you continue to see your primary care provider and use us as a specialty service.

  • We accept flex spending (FSA), health savings (HSA), cash, check, debit, and credit.

  • We do not accept health insurance. If you have a flex spending account (FSA) or a health savings account (HSA) you can use those for our services.

On request, we can provide you a superbill with the diagnostic and procedure codes for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Those with Medicare and Medicaid can be penalized for paying out of pocket for services they cover. Therefore, we do not accept these patients at this time.

  • If you have any documents that you find helpful, any lab results, physicals, office visits, you can bring them to the appointment. You can also have your primary care provider fax us your information.

We will send you an email with instructions on paperwork to fill out that will give us a comprehensive view of your health.

Most often we will want you to fast before your appointment for a lab draw.
