In-House Lab Options

We are committed to providing you with results in a timely manner. Our lab is open during our regular hours with appointment. We send our labs out the same business day unless it is after 4 pm, then it will be the following day. Payment is taken before labs are completed. No refunds.

Lab options:

1. Blood draw without provider interpretation. (Price as listed) You will receive a letter to take to your primary care provider with the results. In addition, we can fax or email the results to them. Getting labs drawn with us is often a better value than using insurance, although you can call your insurance company to determine their reimbursement schedule. We accept FSA, HSA.

2. Blood draw with provider interpretation. (Price as listed plus $50) Receive an interpretation of your lab results by Lifestyle Health and Wellness provider. Treatment recommendations will be given based on results but will not be initiated by the LSHW team unless you are in our monthly membership. The patient must be a member at the time of purchase, before lab results, to take advantage of the discounted rate. If you do get labs done without membership, we recommend taking results and recommendations to your PCP for treatment initiation.
