Structured, Lab-Guided Care, Designed Around Your Body

Begin with Your Foundational Health Assessment

At Lifestyle Health & Wellness, programs are not templates or one-size-fits-all protocols. They are structured, time-bound care pathways designed for people who want clear answers, thoughtful guidance, and measurable progress.

Programs are appropriate for individuals who want:

  • A clear structure and defined timeline

  • A personalized treatment strategy based on real data

  • Ongoing follow-up and adjustment

  • Objective progress tracking beyond symptoms alone

  • Education and resources tailored to their specific concerns

  • Repeat labs to confirm what’s working

  • Medical recommendations supported by lifestyle-based care

All programs begin with the Foundational Health Assessment, ensuring that decisions are based on lab data, patterns, and clinical judgment rather than symptoms alone.

Why a Program-Based Approach Works

We often work with clients who have tried to piece together care on their own or who feel dismissed after being told their labs are normal. Programs give us the ability to slow down, look deeper, and support real progress over time.

A structured 12-week timeframe allows us to:

  • Implement recommendations in the correct sequence

  • Monitor how your body responds to changes

  • Adjust care based on real-time feedback and repeat labs

  • Allow enough time for meaningful physiological change

  • Provide you with education to sustain changes

This starts to move you beyond short-term symptom relief and working toward sustainable improvement and relief. Our relationship can (and often extends) past these 12 weeks to maintain and sustain progress. We enjoy being a part of your health journey!

What our programs Include

While each program is individualized, all 12-week programs share the same clinical foundation:

  • A personalized treatment strategy based on your assessment results

  • Follow-up visits to monitor progress and adjust care

  • Repeat labs to objectively measure improvement

  • Education and resources specific to your health focus

  • Clear expectations, timelines, and next steps

  • Supplements, Medications, lifestyle recommendations that meet you where you are

  • Coaching and accountability

Higher-support options are available for clients who benefit from additional communication, accountability, or guidance, including medication and concierge care. Specific details are discussed during your results visit to ensure alignment with your needs, goals, and level of support.

Focus Areas based on Your symptoms

These focus areas reflect the most common clinical patterns we see in practice. Many clients experience overlap across systems, which is expected and considered when your care plan is developed.

  • Do you feel like your effort no longer matches your results?

This program is for you if you are doing the right things but your body won’t respond. You know what to do, but don’t know where to start.

It’s often the right fit when:

    • You’re doing the right things, but your weight feels stuck

    • You’re losing muscle or strength despite staying active

    • Your body looks and feels different, without a clear reason

    • Progress is unpredictable, no matter how disciplined you are

Rather than pushing harder, this approach focuses on identifying what’s interfering with your results. We dive into hormonal shifts, inflammation, lifestyle habits and the things that could be affecting your progress. We correct those patterns so progress becomes possible again.

Your care is structured, data-guided, and focused on sustainable change rather than quick fixes.

Whether you are searching for lifestyle only recommendations, medical weight loss, or a combination of the two, we have a solution for you.

  • Perimenopause • Menopause • PCOS

Hormonal transitions often affect far more than cycles alone.

You find support in this program if you experience:

    • Fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, or sleep disruption

    • Weight changes or shifts in body composition

    • Cycle irregularity, PMS, or perimenopausal symptoms

    • Hormone-related metabolic or inflammatory changes

    • Are in menopause and post menopause

Care is guided by lab patterns, symptom presentation, and life context. We use lifestyle, supplementation and medication all as needed and requested to support your hormone health.

  • Designed for men experiencing:

    • Low energy or motivation

    • Changes in strength, recovery, or body composition

    • Brain fog or reduced performance

    • Hormone-related shifts affecting overall vitality

    • Low libido or decreased morning erections

This program is designed to identify and correct the metabolic and hormonal factors interfering with progress, using data and repeat measurements to guide sustainable change.

We use medication, supplements and lifestyle to address symptoms and labs. Whether interested in TRT or just optimizing your performance, we have solutions for you.

  • For individuals experiencing:

    • Persistent bloating, digestive discomfort, pain, cramping or irregular stools

    • Food reactions without clear triggers

    • Fatigue or inflammation linked to gut health

    • Symptoms that improve briefly with “clean eating,” then return

This program identifies the stressors driving symptoms and uses targeted, clinically indicated testing to guide care.

  • Designed for individuals with complex or persistent health concerns that require deeper evaluation and longer-term support. This program allows time for comprehensive assessment, phased interventions, and ongoing adjustment that is guided by data, clinical judgment, symptoms and repeat testing.

This option is appropriate when meaningful change is unlikely to occur within a shorter timeframe or symptoms are complex.

  • If your primary symptoms aren’t listed here, it doesn’t mean we can’t help. These programs reflect the most common patterns we see in practice, but care is always individualized. If you’re unsure whether this approach is right for you, we invite you to schedule a brief consult call to determine next steps.

Depending on your needs, programs may incorporate clinical injections (B12, Lip+, weight support, NAD+, GLP-1s like semaglutide or tirzepitide), functional lab testing, InBody body composition scans, infrared sauna sessions, vibration therapy, movement, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and other wellness services to support your care, all at the cinic.

  • For years, food felt limiting and stressful. I had avoided many foods for over a decade. On a recent trip, I was able to enjoy those foods for the first time again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

How Program Decisions Are Made

You do not need to decide which program is right for you before your assessment.

During your Foundational Health Assessment, we will:

  • Review your lab results in context

  • Explain the patterns driving your symptoms

  • Recommend the most appropriate program focus

  • Outline what level of support would be most beneficial

Our role is to guide you with clarity and clinical judgment, while respecting your autonomy. We are transparent about what is most likely to help, why we recommend it, and what alternatives exist. After this, you start your program with full support.

So… Let’s get started

All programs begin with the Foundational Health Assessment.

This ensures your care is built on accurate data, thoughtful interpretation, and a clear plan, rather than assumptions or guesswork.
